Is my preferred domain registered immediately?

No. A request does not yet reserve the domain. Availability, price and contract details are confirmed personally before the registration is commissioned.

Can I transfer my domain with an auth code?

Yes. Choose domain transfer in the customer panel and enter the auth code from your current provider. We personally review pricing and requirements before commissioning the transfer.

Can I connect an external domain for free?

Ja. Du kannst eine Domain from einem anderen Anbieter mit deinem dhosty-Webhosting verbinden. Die Domain bleibt dort registriert; die Gebühren deines Domainanbieters laufen dort weiter.

What do I need to do with the DNS records?

In the panel you will find the information needed for your project. Enter it with the responsible DNS provider. Existing mail entries should be changed only when your new mailboxes are available.

Is e-mail automatically included?

The number and size of your mailboxes depends on your booked web hosting package. A domain request alone does not contain any hosting or mailbox.

Can I start without my own domain?

Yes, with the dhosty subdomain of your web hosting project. You can connect your own domain later.
